Job Description
Working as part of the housekeeping team you will bring your previous room attendant, public area or grounds/maintenance experience to this role. Your shifts will be between, 6am - 2pm or 8am - 4pm across a rotating roster. The main focus of this role is on the cleanliness of the external façade of the villas, pathways and grounds to ensure that they are kept clean and tidy.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Housekeeping deep cleaning and up keep/maintenance cleaning duties around the resort, with particular focus on the villas and grounds to ensure our high cleaning standards are met and maintained.
Ensure the up keep of the resort villas, pathways, decking and grounds are maintained to resort standards
Assisting with other housekeeping tasks as/when required.
Promote a positive image of the property.
Follow and adhere to the HSE Management System and associated policies, procedures, guidelines and programs for the Housekeeping Department.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role with a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
Knowledge and understanding of chemical handling.
Well presented.
Strong attention to detail.
Being able to lift, move and relocate larger and heavier objects/equipment.
Experience with industrial cleaning
Experience with working at heights and confined spaces desirable.
Experience with driving resort buggies.
Embrace and demonstrate Elements of Byron values.
Current drivers licence.
