Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in a casual role, with up to 30 hours per week available. This position is predominantly focused on afternoon and evening shifts, so availability during those times is essential.
Key responsibilities:
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keeping kitchen and wash-up areas clean, organised, and safe
Assisting with basic kitchen duties as required
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following all relevant guidelines
Collecting and correctly disposing of rubbish from all kitchen areas during and after each shift
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Valid working rights in Australia
Minimum commitment of 4 months
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential
