Job Description

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and service-driven team members to join Azure, our signature restaurant and bar, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

While this role may include some morning or lunch shifts, we’re primarily seeking availability for evening and dinner service in our vibrant, fast-paced restaurant.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Confidently guide guests through our food and beverage offerings
  • Assist with dietary requirements and upsell when appropriate
  • Deliver an exceptional experience whether you're on the restaurant floor or servicing our beautiful Lagoon or Adults-Only Pool areas
  • Maintain clean and organised tables, cabanas, and sections

We’re seeking team members who are available a minimum of four days per week, with the flexibility to work across varying shifts. A valid NSW RSA is essential for the role. We’re looking for positive, reliable team players with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar setting is essential, previous fine dining and resort / hotel experience is a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • Preferably an Australian permanent resident / citizen with a commitment to longer term employment
  • Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 4-6 month commitment to the resort
  • Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience (essential to succeed in this role)
  • Experience in hotel or resort environment a plus
  • Current NSW RSA and driver’s licence
  • Availability at least 4 days per week, with flexibility across evenings and weekends
  • Current NSW RSA and drivers licence
  • Professional presentation, excellent communication and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
