Job Description

Your tasks include: Driving and navigating buggies within our buggy parking area, restocking; bed linen, towels, amenities, cleaning products, mops, vacuums and linen bags. All buggies are electric vehicles, they need to be charged each night and checked for any damage. There is some lifting of items so your physical fitness is important as is your attention to detail and confidence in driving.  Your days will be split with some shifts working as a Room Attendant and also as a Buggy Stacker.

You must have full availability throughout the week with shift availability from: 12pm to 8pm (winter) and 1pm to 9pm (summer), your shifts will be split between Room Attendant (1 day/week) and Buggy Stacker (4 days/week)

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, great organisational and time management skills, as this role requires you to work to a detailed job list. You will enjoy working both indoors and outdoors and pride yourself on your ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • Previous Housekeeping, Public area cleaning or Buggy Stacking experience in a luxury 5 star hotel/resort environment
  • The ability and confidence to work unsupervised
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge and understanding of chemical handling
  • Ability to communicate with guests and staff in a helpful and respectful manner
  • Experience with driving resort buggies and a current NSW drivers licence
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
