Job Description
Do you enjoy talking on the phone and pride yourself on your customer service skills? If the answer is yes, we have a casual role available within our Front Office team as a Telephonist that could be perfect for you. Your working hours will be between 8am - 9pm, Mon - Sun on a rotating roster.
Initially you will be working:
Fri/Sat: 1pm-9pm
Sun: 8am -4pm or 9am-5pm and
Mon: 8am - 4pm.
When you join our team as our newest telephonist, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation as a preferred destination for our guests and visitors to the resort as you will be the first point of contact for all phone enquiries.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a phone based role
Demonstrated customer service skills, easily building rapport in a professional and courteous manner
Intermediate to advanced skill level Microsoft Office Suite – Opera experience desirable
Systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
Experience using a multi line phone system would be highly regarded
Available to work weekends and public holidays when required
