Bartender – Azure Bar and Grill: We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Azure Bar and Grill, our main restaurant bar. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, an extensive knowledge of wine/and or a passion for wine, and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar.
• Strong expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails, with confidence in using shakers and other bartending techniques.
• A deep knowledge and passion for wine to confidently recommend and upsell to guests.
• Professional, reliable, and able to commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Highly organised, with experience in bar setup, stock management, and managing a fast pace with multiple orders efficiently.
• A people person—engaging and confident when interacting with guests and providing exceptional service.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Crafting and serving premium cocktails, wine, and beverages to a high standard.
• Engaging with guests to explain drink options, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Maintaining stock levels, ensuring a clean and organised bar, and processing orders efficiently.
• Assisting with food and drink service, including order running during winter months.

This role primarily focuses on Azure Bar and Grill, but may also involve working at Breeze Café or Summer Salt for poolside service.
